Adds
roughtime.alastyr.com, a public Roughtime server in İzmir, Türkiye, operated by Alastyr Telekomünikasyon A.Ş.The README asks for diverse time sources. This server takes its time directly from GNSS: dual-band GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/BeiDou, with the PPS timestamped in hardware (stratum 1). It does not take time from other NTP servers.

Tests
go test ./...passes.±1s.cmd/getroughtimein this repo reaches onlytime.txryan.comfrom the current list. It also gets no reply fromroughtime.seand fails onCloudflare-Roughtime-2.
