Update JaCoCo to 0.8.15 and exclude JDK classes (java.*, javax.*, jdk.*, sun.*, com.sun.*) from the JaCoCo agent, so unsupported JDK class file versions no longer cause IllegalClassFormatException stack traces in the build log.
Replace the unsynchronized static TreeSet with a ConcurrentHashMap and register properties atomically via putIfAbsent, so concurrent static initialization of the generated Style*PropertiesElement classes no longer corrupts the shared registry. Adds a concurrency regression test.
