CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN 在仓库级 secrets 列表里查不到，但 CI 里读得到并成功发布， 说明它来自组织级共享 secret。说明文字改成两种来源都成立，避免下一个人照着 「仓库 secret」去仓库设置里找一个不存在的条目。

CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN 在仓库级 secrets 列表里查不到（API 返回 total_count 0），但 CI 运行里读得到它并成功发布，说明它来自组织级共享 secret。原来的说明写的是「仓库 secret」，下一个人会照着去仓库设置里找一个不存在的条目。
bun test766 通过 / 0 失败。合并后由 CI 自己验证：先bun test，再bun run deploy，最后抽检线上每一节课。
