Adds Undebt.it (https://undebt.it), a debt snowball payoff planner, to the apps list.
Undebt.it+ members connect their banks through SimpleFIN Bridge; the app claims the
setup token, then pulls balances and transactions nightly with one
/accountsrequest per member (a first import walks 45-day windows per the recommended range).
