Closing this out — it was part of a bulk CI maintenance pass opened back in June that we're not carrying forward, and it's had no review activity since it went up. Rather than leave a stale PR sitting in the repo, I'm closing it. Nothing needed from you. The branch is intact and this is reopenable, so if any of it is still useful — pinning the third-party actions to commit SHAs is worth having on its own merits — feel free to reopen it or just lift the diff. Sorry for the drive-by noise. |
