Summary
Upgrade the Rspack and Rsbuild examples from the 2.2 beta to the stable 2.2 releases so the repository exercises the production dependency set. This also aligns the Rspack CLI and dev server, updates the Preact and styled-components plugins, removes the temporary SWC overrides, and refreshes the pnpm lockfile.
