astropy publishes one cp311-abi3 wheel per platform but none for riscv64. The workflow mirrors upstream's wheel job (OpenAstronomy publish.yml), narrowed to manylinux_riscv64, and runs upstream's test command unchanged.

astropy8.0.1Compiles 18 Cython/C extensions, including bundled WCSLIB and Expat, into one
cp311-abi3wheel. Upstream publishes no riscv64 wheel.Mirrors upstream's
publish.yml, which calls OpenAstronomy'spublish.yml.Differs from upstream
archsnarrowed to riscv64.Matrix: one abi3 wheel built on cp311 and re-tested on cp312, cp313 and cp314, as upstream builds it. Free-threaded builds are skipped upstream.
