Prepare Registry Stack v0.33.0 / beta-45 with versioned manifests, workspace and excluded lockfiles, native client metadata, generated contracts, reviewed release notes, and the canonical documentation archive lock.
The release adds Scheduling as a container image and includes the unified Casework review APIs, BReg durable ingestion, field encryption, and default WASM action execution. The notes cover PostgreSQL 17, the BReg hook and external-review migrations, Casework hosted-table retirement and token requirements, and closed Evidence answer schemas. Render remains available from source.
Validation: the release planner, manifest and source-model checks, identifier catalog generation, and canonical documentation preparation pass. The strict release rehearsal passed at
8df740da2a2ccab52b53f034e273cc3dc06ca2fd, including both Linux client rows, all four binary shards, the combined payload smoke, and reproduction of the locked documentation archive. Protected-main CI passed at569e2dee866105564871ac009a8251a58e1a4dfe.
