Adds support for the real-time account balance endpoint
GET /accounts/{id}/balance, returning the AccountBalance model
(balance, optional blockedBalance/automaticallyInvestedBalance,
currencyCode, updateDateTime).
- New AccountBalance type in src/types/account.ts
- fetchAccountBalance(id) method on PluggyClient, reusing the
existing createGetRequest / auth / error-handling path
- Unit tests covering full and minimal responses plus error propagation
