Adds Responsive Images 1.4.0.0 to the PKP Plugin Gallery.
The plugin generates responsive image variants for public-facing PKP content, including srcset/picture output, WebP and AVIF conversion when supported by the server, manifest-based caching, incremental optimization, and scheduled/background optimization support.
