Add Persian docs and example

Summary

This PR adds Persian (Farsi) documentation to help Iranian and Persian-speaking developers use Ollama Python library more easily.

Changes

• Added README_FA.md - Complete Persian translation of README with examples:
  • Basic chat, streaming, memory/conversation history
  • Vision support with LLaVA (practical example: extracting data from Persian invoices)
  • Async client usage
• Added examples/persian_chatbot.py - Interactive Persian chatbot with:
  • Streaming responses
  • Conversation memory
  • Fully commented in Persian

Motivation

Persian is spoken by 110M+ people, but there is very little Persian documentation for local LLM tools. This helps the growing Persian developer community to get started quickly with Ollama.
