Adds the API's new
POST /v1/estimate: send a domain file for the trade (.tu), past estimates in any format and one request, and get back the new job priced part by part with an 80% range. It supports stored files by id with a saved model, and reusingdetails.weightsto price the next job without resending the history. A live test prices the barndo sample job from 10 past estimates, then prices another with the saved model. It also makes the runs-paging test follow the next page only when there is one, so the suite passes on a new team.
Draft until trueup-cloud #33 is deployed. The endpoint is merged but not live yet (Cloudflare login on the deploy machine expired), so the live test fails until then. Tested against a local build: passes (Java will be checked against production, because its HTTP/2 upgrade header crashes the local dev server).
