Kotlin 2.4.20 incompatible with AGP 8.1.4
High Severity
Bumping kotlin_version to 2.4.20 breaks compatibility with the Android Gradle Plugin. Kotlin 2.4.x requires AGP 8.5.2 or higher, but com.android.tools.build:gradle:8.1.4 is still declared in the dependencies block. The kotlin-gradle-plugin:2.4.20 resolved via $kotlin_version will fail at configuration time against this older AGP version. The AGP dependency needs to be updated to at least 8.5.2.
