Overview
Release 0.99.0 adds a full Vaults surface on client.vaults (upsert/list/retrieve/delete) and client.vaults.items for wallet/card items, including upsert, operations, events, and typed AgentCard/Link specs.

Browser session create accepts an optional vaults list of project vault references (fixed at creation); browser session models now echo vaults and usage_status (pending / ready on deleted sessions).

Telemetry OtlpDestination responses include delivery health: consecutive_failures, last_export_at, and sanitized last_error / last_error_at.

Config registry list/search docs and RecommendationSummary fields align with per-exact-target analysis (normalized URL with path), not registrable-domain-only semantics.
