Setup: checked out PR branch depends/update-meziantou.analyzer/3.0.262. No linked closing issues, so no labels to sync. Branch is up to date with main (0 commits behind) - no rebase needed. build-pre-release check is currently failing; next cycle will diagnose and fix.

Fixed in e82ada6 - build-pre-release's dotnet buildcheck was failing with "Package Serilog has IncludeAssets compile;runtime but expected compile;runtime;build;buildTransitive." Updated the Serilog PackageReference's IncludeAssets in src/BuildBot/BuildBot.csproj accordingly; no other package references matched this construct. Build, buildcheck, and all 242 tests pass locally. Board moved to Development; CI will run next.
