Incident alert lists return this shape. The console URL was only on AlertItem, so fduty incident alerts dropped it when printing json or toon.

Incident alert lists are typed as AlertInfo. The console URL was added to AlertItem in v0.15.6, so fduty incident alerts still dropped detail_url. AlertInfo now has the same field.
