Make the approved root transition the internal-alpha handoff while retaining explicit nested and Publication alternatives. Resolve the existing post-attach helper after its move into design so editor reconnects keep the original guarded private-port behavior. Document the terminal sign-in fallback without adding credential transfer or installation behavior.
Use the integrated Skills root handoff so ordinary Rails development cannot fall back to the moved nested initializer. Keep package and toolchain versions unchanged, and retain dated runtime evidence at its original source revision.
Keep container login usable when clipboard shortcuts fail, and make the generated root's command boundary explicit so later authoring still uses the credential-loading staging wrapper.
Keep the retained August candidate distinct from the current source pin without rewriting its qualification evidence.
