I noticed that the
download/zip file hadn't been updated in a few years, and thought it would be good to have a workflow to update it when the source koans get updated.This workflow uses
actions/create-github-app-token, and therefor needs a GitHub "app" to do its work. This is to allow bypassing branch protections — an app can be allowed to commit tomain/mastereven if devs aren't. I don't actually know if branch protection is enabled on this repo, but it commonly is.I also removed an old rake task for uploading to Linode.
