[docs] Connect the site to the Deckhouse documentation plugins - #260

Replace the copied AI rules (AGENTS.md, .cursor/) with the deckhouse-ai-tools plugins for Claude Code: .claude/settings.json registers the marketplace and enables deckhouse-writing and deckhouse-product-site. Writing rules now come from the plugins, theme markup from AUTHORING.md of hugo-web-product-module. CLAUDE.md keeps only facts about this product and repository.
