put transformnd on conda-forge?

Title. Since we are using tnd over at ome-zarr-py which is already available on the conda-forge, we'd need this library here to be available on conda-forge as well (see conda-forge/ome-zarr-feedstock#40)

I'm new to conda packaging - how does this look conda-forge/staged-recipes#34781 ? Grayskull wasn't working but rattler-build did.

Note that this doesn't include any of transformnd's extras, including the vectorfield/ vectorfield-dask extras used by the displacements and coordinates transforms. Consumers should additionally depend on scipy, dask, and dask-image.
