Summary
Makes Node 24 the minimum supported version. Node 20 and Node 22 are no longer supported.
This reapplies #1401 after #1403 reverted it. The
feat!:title andBREAKING CHANGE:commit footer mark this as a breaking change, so Semantic Release will publish version 10.0.0 instead of another minor release.Verification
