WCM is now public, but the landing page still described a private repository. Replace that notice with the September 8 public status and direct links to the source, contribution guide, and documentation. Preserve the pinned demo evidence and pre-1.0 limitations. Update the existing availability guard. Validation: WCM launch-page tests pass; site check passes for 41 HTML pages and 610 local links/assets.
