The project should have a mailing list

I don't know if it's too early or how do you feel about this but it seems to me that, being GitHub issues, the only place people can ask questions regarding how to use the library that we should start thinking about having a mailing list.

What do you think about it? @adelevie @Xavdidtheshadow

Well, we could make a google group if we wanted an ok place to ask question.

But, I like having everything tracked in issues because then if something is a bug, it's easy to track the bug lifecycle throughout.
