Closing as not mergeable.

This is one of 35 overlapping Dependabot PRs (Jun–Jul 2026). 34/35 conflict with main, auto-rebase is disabled (>30 days), and the grouped updates are successive snapshots of the same npm_and_yarn group — they should not be combined.

The newest grouped PR (#1519) is also unsafe as a “latest wins” merge: Vite 5→8, Angular 18→22 with mixed package versions (e.g. @angular/compiler ~20.3.25 vs @angular/core ~22), plus breaking jumps in @cosmjs/stargate, tronweb, @xmtp/react-sdk, and Taquito. Individual @babel/core / esbuild PRs are lockfile-only and would be superseded by a real install.

No consolidated PR will be opened from these branches. Re-open a deliberate, example-by-example upgrade if we want that work.
