chore: Prepare Server 1.8.0

Summary

• prepare Server version 1.8.0
• add the TypeType SABR adapter boundary and isolation tests
• add batch playback progress lookup
• return a typed error for oversized portability uploads
• retain the current PipePipeExtractor and provider boundaries

Production behavior

Playback session state remains behind the explicit TypeType SABR boundary, progress cards can load positions in one bounded request, and oversized Takeout uploads return a controlled client error instead of a generic server failure.

Deployment requirements

Publish the Server 1.8.0 image from main and pin the production server service to its immutable digest. No database migration or configuration change is required.

Runtime verification

• /api/instance reports Server 1.8.0 and the release revision.
• /api/progress/batch returns bounded progress results.
• An oversized portability upload returns the typed storage/size error.
• Representative YouTube SABR bootstrap and playback remain healthy.

Rollback

Restore the previous Server image digest and the previous Server submodule revision, then recreate only typetype-server.
