Crash on first client connect

Isolated the issue to MAM, seems that with the latest pushes with cs# and mam, the client on first connect crashes. It does not precache the content leading to a crash.

Running latest mam, metamod and cs#

mm_block_disconnect_messages enabling this to 1 causes this, setting to 0 and the crashes stop.

Does this always happen or only when cs# is loaded as well?
