"Reading…" shared the Downloaded NOTAMs header, in the header's font. It's now a footnote-sized label with a tight spinner, on its own line between the header and the carousel, sitting in the first card's shadow margin rather than above it. "Reading…" moves out of the Downloaded NOTAMs header onto its own line between the header and the carousel, as a footnote-sized secondary label with the mini spinner as its icon, aligned with the cards.
