I think this is the easiest way for me to just handle everything on the site.
I will just use the QuaverBot jwt, to fetch the client secret to encode it and send it back.
For now I use ManageBuilds privilege, I don't think we really need dedicated one?
Alternatively to using QuaverBot and ManageBuilds, I can add another config for secret key to use for this.
