Use ERT's graphite-maps estimators with PET's MDA lifecycle and graph-aware parameter updates. Include EnIF in the standard installation, document configuration, and test numerical parity and assimilation. BREAKING CHANGE: PET requires Python 3.12 through 3.14 to support the required graphite-maps dependency.
