Dependabot bumped only the FROM tags, but the Dockerfile hardcodes the /opt/rocm-7.0.2 amd_smi paths and the libamd_smi SONAME, so a tag bump alone breaks the image build. Move both the amdsmi-sdk (Ubuntu 22.04) and runtime (Ubuntu 24.04) bases to 7.2.4 and update the amd_smi copy paths and the runtime SONAME target to libamd_smi.so.26.2.2. Verified on an AMD node: the image builds and the binary link libamd_smi.so.26 resolves to /opt/rocm-7.2.4/lib/libamd_smi.so.26.2.2. Supersedes #9. Signed-off-by: mesutoezdil <mesudozdil@gmail.com>
