docs(roadmap): record L7, Q2, A4 and the generated figures as landed on develop

What and why

docs/project/roadmap.md still described develop as twelve pull requests past v0.8.0, PyPI as serving 0.4.0, the test-suite figures as hand-typed, and L7, Q2's gRPC binding and A4 as open. All four landed on develop (#292, #293, #296, #291) and develop is at #318, 33 pull requests past the tag, so the record is refreshed to that head. The baseline stays v0.8.0: every moved item is marked landed but unreleased and names the pull request that moved it.

• Baseline paragraph and sequencing intro — develop at e6064fa70 (fix(runtime): draw one of several enabled junction branches as a choice #318); the post-tag pull requests that move an item, and the open ones that touch one (fix(runtime): fire a join's segments with their own trigger bound and undo a refused join whole #322, feat(fuml): provision the fUML reference implementation and its expected-record #319, feat(stressmodel): generate the satellite network as a fleet of occurrences #308, feat(repl): analyze each loaded file as a workspace document of its own #309, perf(model): parse, index and validate a load's files on a pool of workers #312).
• Release status — PyPI serves opensysml 0.5.0 after the release-python rerun; the post-tag checks are met. Test-suite figures are generated by cmd/doc-counts since chore(docs): generate the test-suite figures from the tree #291 and gated by -check; the tag-time counts stay as the gate table, the develop-head block values are quoted beside them as unreleased growth.
• L7 — landed: TestAnalysisLibraryCensus, docs/project/analysis-library-census.json, the spec-compliance.md table; 76 declarations, 53 evaluated, 23 refused by name, 0 wrong, with StateSpaceRepresentation at 6 of 17 after A4 and the abstract-protocol refusals named as what remains. Track L closed.
• Q2 — the gRPC held-object binding (feat(grpc): bind a held object as a document-query parameter #293) recorded with its DocumentObject arm, path grammar, typed errors and OPENSYSML_GRPC_MAX_HELD_OBJECTS; Q2 closed, Q1 unblocked.
• A4 — the fixed-step state-space runner (feat(runtime): run state-space dynamics by fixed-step integration on the shared clock #296): StateSpaceIntegration, Euler/RK4 chosen by the model, ZeroCrossing, shared clock and due order, trace shape, typed refusals, and its two stated limitations (step-boundary crossing location; StateSpaceItem and non-crossing events not executed). Track A closed.
• Track E — the PSSM referee's movement from 36 to 45 pass under the state-executor fixes (fix(runtime): read a history record after the owner's exits #295, fix(lower): let a fork enter orthogonal regions that have no initial state #297, fix(runtime): do not re-enter an active composite a substate transitions into #311, fix(runtime): draw one completion transition out of a state as a choice #313–fix(pssm): classify a guard whose behavior acts on the model as having no translation #315, fix(runtime): fire every transition into a join before its owner is left #317, fix(runtime): draw one of several enabled junction branches as a choice #318) is recorded as context; E1 stays open with the referee's 3 terminate-gap tests, and none of those fixes is attributed to it.
• Proposed — the large-model scaling design (docs(performance): design for scaling to very large models #300) and its first landed step (feat(model): persistent semantic model per workspace, invalidated per document #316), and the fUML execution referee (feat(fuml): provision the fUML reference implementation and its expected-record #319, open).
• Sequencing — the four landed steps drop out of the cross-cutting order (now Track E first, then Q1/Q3), the track-local orders are renumbered, and a note applies CONTRIBUTING.md § Versioning to what develop carries (fix(passes): enforce accessibility for nested definition bodies #302 refuses a construct v0.8.0 accepted, so the next cut bumps the minor segment; the release checklist records the decision).
