• Based on ConcurrentLinkedQueue event queues and CompletableFuture reader, writer, and processor threads
• Includes multi-threaded decoding, background-merging, and post-processing without an intermediate file
• Includes a scaling test mode, triggered by multiple thread counts, e.g.,-t 1,2,3
• Unlike recon-util, the trailing command-line arguments are treated as input EVIO/HIPO files instead of using -i, and the -c option is used to specify a custom service list
