Tune PostGIS table for NSI data to follow up the incore building inventory schema

There is PostGIS table that is automatically created by ingesting the NSI based building inventory data. The fields in the table doesn't necessary follow the dataset schema for the building inventory data. Set the PostGIS table's all files to follow the IN-CORE's building inventory schema.
