Move off the untagged pseudo-version to the published v0.1.13 tag.
CI clones the ecosystem siblings as shallow (depth-1) checkouts, so ancestry checks against sibling HEAD falsely report AHEAD_OF_SIBLING once a sibling moves past hawk's pinned version (older commits are absent from shallow history). Verify each pinned module resolves to a published commit instead.
