I agree with the change, but I agree less that we put ourselves in troubles because of alphabetical ordering. It exists to help us human thinkers but only when it helps. |

This PR suggest to rename the section "Topography" to "Elevation and Bathymetry" and moves it to the top. As the Earth relief datasets are widely used I feel it's not optimal to have them as the last section. Due to the renaming of the section title the alphabeicall order is correct.
