Adds the create-carrier-account cURL example for the GOFO Wallet account.
Carrier account type is
GofoWalletAccount, created against/v2/carrier_accounts/open, withorigin_hubset to the entry port closest to the shipment origin address.Companion to the existing
gofo.sh, which covers the bring-your-own-account variant.
