Try to get LLVM 21.1.8 built for RISC-V, as we skipped it in #1583.

I've tried it interactively on a premier node, but ran out of disk space. These nodes typically have 15-20GB of space available in /tmp. I've temporarily reconfigured the bot to use the arriesgado-jammy partition/node, which has ~200GB available.

I thought that the job had crashed again, but it's actually still running (Building stage 3/3).

@bedroge , yes, you need to disable the build of "BOLT" and "OpenMP offload" components for RISC-V as in https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/blob/453964abee30d741a0fa31b9e9b387f6e110e10f/easybuild/easyconfigs/l/LLVM/LLVM-20.1.8-GCCcore-14.3.0.eb#L115

This will get rid of most of the errors, but you will also still need some of the RISC-V patches as in https://github.com/easybuilders/easybuild-easyconfigs/blob/453964abee30d741a0fa31b9e9b387f6e110e10f/easybuild/easyconfigs/l/LLVM/LLVM-20.1.8-GCCcore-14.3.0.eb#L46
