Firebase iOS installation is not working

I have setup all the things as per mention in documentation, this is working fine in android but not working in iOS, here is POC https://github.com/jitendrajadav/PushNotificationPoC.git

what error I am getting is here:

no valid “aps-environment” entitlement string found for application

Expected behavior

it should not give error it has to get token.

Reproduction steps

1. Create sample Xamarin application.
2. Configure firebase plugin as per documentation
3. Run application.
4. try to get token here you will get error.

Entitlements are different for release and debug.

production is set.
development may be what is needed.
