Converted various JS files to TypeScript

This PR adds the following TypeScript files, converted from JS/JSX:

• js/util/util.ts
• js/components/common/utils.ts
• js/components/common/Disclaimer.tsx (also rewritten as a React functional component)
• js/components/common/export.tsx (also rewritten as a React functional component)
• js/components/generate/AutocompleteDropdown.tsx
• js/components/graph/Bool.tsx
• js/components/graph/Edge.tsx
• js/components/graph/FocusTab.tsx
• js/components/graph/GraphDropdown.tsx
• js/components/graph/GraphFallback.tsx
• js/components/graph/InfoBox.tsx
• js/components/graph/Node.tsx

Also added type dependencies @types/jquery and @types/react-modal.
