General information
This PR extends the possibilities of the "Cisco Dom discovery" ruleset to also only discover DOMs in a specific operational state.
Proposed changes
Until now, the discover rule only gives the option to discover or not discover Cisco DOMs in a specific admin state. My PR gives administrators the option to also do this discovery based on the operational state:
