This PR makes wallet-cli the wallet entry point on the BANK OF AI intro page. The intro's wallet links now point to wallet-cli, and step 3 of the execution-flow diagrams now reads "wallet-cli signs". It also shortens the Wallet CLI and Skills sidebar labels using sidebar_label; page titles are unchanged. On the x402 SDK pages, TRON network IDs are now decimal CAIP-2 (e.g. TRON_NILE = tron:3448148188), matching @bankofai/x402-tron 2.0.0. A note explains that the old hex forms are still accepted as input and are what the live facilitator and catalog currently return. The wallet-cli command reference now says that without --scheme, x402 pay can pick a GasFree route, and that --scheme exact excludes it. It also adds a Docker build trigger for the wallet-cli branch and bumps the version to 1.4.8. The Agent Wallet section, MCP Server, OpenClaw extension, the x402 SDK's wallet usage, LLM Service, and devnotes are out of scope and unchanged. All changes were checked against the published packages and the live services, and yarn build passes for both locales with no broken links.
