WorkOS' `get_logout_url`'s `return_to` argument doesn't seem to work

When providing a return_to argument to get_logout_url, I see that the argument is encoded in the request to WorkOS, but WorkOS doesn't actually return me there after the logout, instead, it always returns me to the default location which is incorrect for my environment

Just to be clear, you're talking about the GET /user_management/sessions/logout endpoint? This provides a URL for your server to redirect to after the logout. Or am I misunderstanding?

Yes, @gjtorikian . I am passing a return_to using the WorkOS Python SDK and it looks like this parameter is being completely ignored and instead, the default Sign-out Redirect from the WorkOS dashboard is being used

Yes, but it isn't the default URL in the UI

The default URL is always used regardless of the return_to parameter that was passed

Sorry, I'm either just incredibly dumb or incredibly confused, trying to walk through this process.

• You set up a sign out redirect
• You authenticate with AuthKit or some such
• You click logout
• You're redirected to the default URL

but WorkOS doesn't actually return me there after the logout

/user_management/sessions/logout generates a URL for you to use and act on. It isn't a POST or anything that changes, so I'm not sure how it's being used.

Can you tell me a little bit more about your flow and how this endpoint is set up?
