Put focus on Search input field and copy selected value when using CTRL-H to replace

With 4.1 Bruno introduced a new GUI for Search & Replace. When selecting text in the message body and pressing CTRL-F, the text is copied to the search input field which is great!

When selecting text and pressing CTRL-H the focus is put on the replace input field but no values are copied.
It would be great if the focus would be put on the SEARCH input field and the value is also copied in there. Because usually when you select text in a body and hit CTRL-H. that is the text you want to replace.
