Failed building wheel for Pandas in Python 3.7

Replication steps:

1. Make and activate virtual env with python3.7 interpretter.
2. pip install -r requirements.txt
   Pandas compilation failed.

 Running setup.py install for pandas ... error
    ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1:

hello guys i am fetching issue pep 517 error after updating python3.8 and termux latest version.
