[BUG]: No docs for v4

Description

The README of v4 points to https://plotly.com/javascript under the "documentation" section, but that page still shows v3.6 in the version selector. I can't find a link to the v4 docs.

In the README, got ot the section "Documentation". Click on the first link.

You're right! The docs update should be out later today. We're trying to get both plotly.js and plotly.py updates added at the same time. I'm going to close this issue since we're tracking the docs elsewhere. Thanks for keeping us up to date!
