Move version commands to node namespace

i.e. node:checkout, node:checkin, node:versions

Much more intuitive.

note that we should already provide the new names as alias and deprecate the old way of calling this.

moved from phpcr/phpcr-utils#127 as this is about the shell and not about utils.
