but it's decoded by python-bitcoinlib (python-bitcoinlib==0.12.2) to:

python-bitcoinlib doesn't show the OP_PUSHBYTES opcodes specially - they're implied in the 32-byte push. mempool.space and other places do show them visually. But the underlying script is the same either way. So I don't believe there is any issue to fix here.
