RTL language: Hint modal in lesson is not showing right to left

When my selected language is a right-to-left language, the hint modal is still showing left-to-right.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change language to Arabic (العربية)
2. Click on "Learn" in the nav bar
3. Click on the subject Math
4. Click on the topic "Places Values"
5. Click on Chapter 1
6. Navigate to a textfield answer-type question
7. Insert the incorrect answer until a hint appear
8. Open the hint

Expected Behavior

1. The text should be right-to-left

Actual Behavior

1. The text is left to-right
