File preview may leak private information

Steps to reproduce

1. Have some private images in a folder on your Nextcloud account
2. Open the nextcloud app with a friend watching, to show some less private files
3. The friend gets to see a preview of the private images

Expected behaviour

While it is overkill, implementing #14967 would allow this issue to be avoided by disabling recommendations entirely.
A better solution (but also more work) would be to allow the user to select folders which should be excluded from recommendations.

Actual behaviour

The app shows the preview for everyone to see.

Hello @wijnen ,
thank for your report. I see how that may be a problem, and as far as I can see, there's no way to disable the functionality directly from the app.
As a temporary workaround, I suggest disabling it from the web interface (the setting is applied to the app as well). You can do it by visiting your instance with a browser, opening the left panel in the Files app, selecting "Files settings" and, under "Additional settings" disable "Show recommendations".

In this case I think the right solution would be the first you proposed (#14967), adding the "Show recommendations" settings to the mobile app as well.
