Text content overlaps in <details> spoiler

Describe the bug

The text inside a spoiler (<details>) overlaps with the header of the spoiler and the title, when no extra empty line is given.

Steps to reproduce

Add the following to the description of a project:

## Headline
<details><summary>Spoiler Title</summary>
Some text inside the spoiler that will overlap
</details>

Expected behavior

Text does not overlap
